When and how do I make payments?

Payments are made monthly. A tax invoice will be issued to your designated email address by the end of each month. You can complete the payment via bank transfer based on the final amount stated in the invoice.

What is your refund policy?

Since the service operates on a postpaid basis, refunds are not provided unless there is a clear issue with the product or service.

Can I use a free trial for a different plan?
