Please request an inspection sticker from the Facilities page on the TouchCheck Admin Portal. The sticker will be created, linked with data, and shipped to your address within two weeks. Attach the sticker to the desired location to start inspections immediately.

Inspection records can be checked in real-time through the TouchCheck app, and administrators can manage all inspection data centrally through the web portal. Additionally, you can download the data for analysis or print it as a report if needed.

To add a responsible person to an ongoing inspection, go to the "Edit Inspection Schedule" function in the Admin Portal. Select "Add Responsible Person" at the bottom of the edit screen, then save to complete the addition.
[Inspection] How far in advance can I view inspection schedules after creating one?
Once an inspection schedule is created, you can view schedules up to five years from the creation date. If you need to view schedules beyond that, please contact our customer service center for assistance.

If you modify or delete an inspection schedule, all upcoming inspection schedules will be updated or deleted accordingly. However, past inspection records will remain accessible as they are saved in the records.
