When and how is the fee paid?

Fees are billed monthly, and an invoice will be issued by email at the end of each month. You can make the payment via bank transfer based on the final amount on the invoice.

What is the refund policy?

Since the service is billed post-usage, there is generally no refund unless there is a problem with the product/service.

Can I try a different plan for free?

What are the differences between plans?

There is no functional difference between the Free and Standard plans, but after three months on the Free plan, it will automatically convert to the Standard plan.
